After many years home building in various capacities from hands on construction to medium size volume building to sales of new homes, I have discovered that there is not too many places first home buyers can turn to when trying to get out of the rental trap.
It is this reason that has motivated me to start up “STOPRENT PROPERTIES” a one stop agency service to assist first home buyers with the whole box and dice, so to speak, in making their dream of owning their own home a reality.
So I put together a small team, who are committed to helping people get out of the rent trap.
The most satisfying experiences are when we are able to assist new home buyers get into their homes even though it was almost impossible, when they’ve been constantly told by many that it can’t be done, that they don’t have enough deposit or this, or that and the other. Then they come to see us and with a clear determination and a little creative know-how, we’re able to overcome all obstacles and make it happen for them.
Now that feels great !
I live in the western suburbs I have 3 school age daughters, I enjoy watching tennis, playing table tennis which I like to think I’m pretty good at, I enjoy getting away on weekends into the country or the beach in summer, my favourite place to visit in the world would be Mexico, I must confess I am a Collingwood supporter, I hope readers will not hold that against me !
